How to use BAND-IT Stainless Steel Band
Step 1 – Choose the Correct Band
Select the appropriate BAND-IT stainless steel band grade, width, and thickness based on your application requirements.
Step 2 – Wrap Around the Object
Wrap the stainless steel band securely around the pipe, cable bundle, hose, pole, sign, or equipment.
Step 3 – Insert Through the Buckle
Thread the band through a compatible BAND-IT Ear-Lokt Buckle or suitable fastening buckle.
Step 4 – Apply Tension
Use a compatible BAND-IT installation tool to tension the band until the desired tightness is achieved.
Step 5 – Lock and Finish
Lock the buckle securely and trim the excess band to achieve a safe, clean, and professional installation.
